Business hours and help times:
When is the best time to call? Please call MON-THU anytime between 9:00am-5:30pm EST or Friday between 9:30am-2:00pm
Will I be speaking to a customer service rep or an automated machine? We understand that if you call you would like the help of a live human being therefore we try to answer all phone calls directly, in rare occassions you will just be requested to leave a voicemail and phone number and we will call back as soon as possible.
How soon can I expect a reply to my email? We try to answer all emails right away and usually respond within the hour if during business hours. Please send an email anytime and we will try to respond even on weekends.
Shipping and Returns:
How are watches shipped? Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We can and do ship via UPS if it will take faster or if you requested expedited or guaranteed shipping. Please note that almost all items are shipped with a signature requirement for your safety. If you will not be home to sign for the item or feel secure with your location and prefer not to have to sign please let us know when placing the order.
I would like to return what I purchased. Please note that we accept returns only within 7 days of item receipt ONLY. For watches, please include all tags, papers and box. Please note that if the item is used or if you removed the wrapping we will inspect the item very carefully. Credit will only be issued if item is in BRAND NEW condition.
Jewelry:
I see most sterling silver items are gold or platinum plated? Yes, all of our sterling silver items are plated to prevent tarnish. Our products will last a long long time so that you get the all of its qualities of gold without the high price tag.
Are the rings resizable? All rings in sterling silver collection can be resized only by a jeweler who specializes in sterling silver. We do not resize any items.
10/14k Gold Collection.
Gold rings can be resized at your local jeweler, again we do not resize.
Stones
What is the difference in genuine/lab created/synthetic as listed in different items? Simulated/synthetic stones are imitations of genuine stones usually made of czs and or crystals. Our simulated stones are made of high quality products and cut with perfection to mimic the natural stone. In fact our customers claim that unless told most people will not notice the difference.
Lab created stones a man made gemstone that has the same optical-physical-gemological properties as its natural counterpart. High quality lab created stones are the same as natural ones except that they are not mined just lab grown.
Natural stones are the most valuable and as such the most expensive. Mined, not made, natural gemstones are priced based on rarity of stone, color (if enhanced) etc. Again all of our stones are of the highest quality in their category.
Can I purchase items listed as sets separately? Many of the items listed as sets are also sold separately in there respective categories. If the item is not listed under a specific category please contact us and we will try to get you the specific item.
Can I have the ring with a different stone color or different size? In most cases we have in stock only the items as listed. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to help.
Gift box
Does the jewelry come in a gift box? All of our jewelry is sent in a beautiful gift box perfect for gift giving.
Watches
Are these Genuine Brand Name Watches? All our watches are 100% authentic.
Are these new watches? All watches are brand new. Sometimes we do have watches that have been used as samples or have other minor defects which we list but they are easily recongnized as the pictures and listing info clearly state this. So unless specified clearly in listing the watch you are looking at is brand new.
Can you resize the watch? In some cases we can but please be aware that if we resize the watch at your request the item is no longer new and CANNNOT be returned. It is best to have the watch resized locally once you have it in hand and are 100% sure you will be keeping it.
Do they come in original box? All watches come with manufacturers warranty in original company gift box.

What is make an offer? We understand that sometimes a few dollars can make a big difference and decided to give both the cusomer and ourselves a chance.
