Dial Description: This Stuhrling watch features a large oversized square milled from solid 316L solid stainless steel anatomically curved with Krysterna crystal front and back. It features a spectacular guilloche soliel black dial with cocentric circle eyes for the subdials, the Arabic numerals are topped with Luminova for easy reading even in the dark. Silver tone hour and minute hands are luminous with yellow seconds hand. Date is at the six o'clock with Chrono Swiss ontop and the Sturhling name and logo. The real work of art though lies inside, 100% Swiss Made the Manchester Chronograph is equipped with the Swiss Quartz Chrono Ronda Startech 5020B 10 jewels movement.

The watches I wanted were on sale at amazon and I contacted Dream to see if they could beat the price. They did so by a considerable amount, and allowed me to take advantage of their overnight shipping promotion. Good, honest, and non-automated or outsourced e-mail communication followed by prompt shipping. At 5:30pm, having received the UPS tracking info, I realized I had messed up my zip code -- I switched two numbers. I called Dream and they tracked down the truck taking the day's packages to the shipping center and applied a new label. Watches arrived by 10am the next day, new in box with all documentation, all stickers (i.e. protective ones on the back and face) in place, obviously factory-fresh. So not only was the price here considerably less than amazon, I received personalized customer service to resolve the zip code error I made -- something that Amazon would not be able to do because of its huge size and the way it encourages the use of standardized electronic forms to resolve all customer service issues. In other words, this is a reliable business and a good site -- as well as a business with heart. -- Michael
