Since the inception of auto races many a timemaker has dedicated their timepieces to the romance of this pastime, now in honor of the Centennial Celebration of one of the first known organized races, Stuhrling Original enters the race with Targa!! On the heels of the success created by the original models in the series comes the newest addition; The Targa 24 Pro!!

Targa means shield and these eye-opening Stuhrling Original timepieces are large enough to be a shield! At a whopping52 millimeters round and 54mm east to west including the crown, the Targa's own the largest case in Stuhrling Originals history. In keeping with the extraordinary demands of the race by the same name, every aspect of the Targa has been given consideration for durability, toughness and precision of engineering.

The artistry of exceptional timekeeping comes to life with the stunning Targa Sports timepiece. Beginning with its engine, one of the most reliable quartz movements,which features a center-stop seconds hand, 60-minute sub-dial (at the nine oclock position), a twenty-four hour indicator (sub-dial at three oclock position), and a quick-set date complication (at the six oclock position)! Just like the motor cars that compete, the Targa engine is safeguarded with a casing milled from solid 316L stainless steel with a massive mineral crystal and screw down crown with function pushers which complete the handsome case. Noticable attention was also given to styling. The dial has been hydraulically pressed to create multiple levels, the mirror stick hour markers, luminous hour and minute hands, with seconds in white around the dial and a tachymeter on the flange, with kris cut mill work on the bezel for intricate styling!

To complete the design, a dial matching rubber strap secures the Targa with a buckle clasp. Stainless steel inserts adorn the strap which fits up to a 8-1/2" wrist.
