Ultra modern and urbane, the Nemo MC from Stuhrlings Adventure Series unites classic and robust features to create a masculine yet fashionable utopian watch for the adventurer in every man. The Nemo Master Calendar, new to the Nemo series adds 4 great functions to the original popular Nemo. It features the same hefty yet stylish octagonal shaped bezel made of rose gold plated 316L surgical grade stainless steel and decorative pinheads with slotting that forms an S to represent Stuhrling as the maker of Nemo! The intricate dial has a light copper tinted crystal, a month dial below the twelve, a day dial at the nine and a date dial at the three o'clock. The GMT subdial is above the six. The rose tone dial hands have been filled with Super Luminova for ease on reading in all lighting conditions and completing its intricacy is the fancy scroll work hand engraving visible on the skeletonized mechanical movement. On the flipside the Nemo has an attractive screw down exhibition caseback. Through its "looking glass" you can view the 20 jewel movement with a rotor that is decorated with hand engraving and blued steel screws.

The watches I wanted were on sale at amazon and I contacted Dream to see if they could beat the price. They did so by a considerable amount, and allowed me to take advantage of their overnight shipping promotion. Good, honest, and non-automated or outsourced e-mail communication followed by prompt shipping. At 5:30pm, having received the UPS tracking info, I realized I had messed up my zip code -- I switched two numbers. I called Dream and they tracked down the truck taking the day's packages to the shipping center and applied a new label. Watches arrived by 10am the next day, new in box with all documentation, all stickers (i.e. protective ones on the back and face) in place, obviously factory-fresh. So not only was the price here considerably less than amazon, I received personalized customer service to resolve the zip code error I made -- something that Amazon would not be able to do because of its huge size and the way it encourages the use of standardized electronic forms to resolve all customer service issues. In other words, this is a reliable business and a good site -- as well as a business with heart. -- Michael
