Each August, the Monterey Peninsula attracts legions of automotive enthusiasts to celebrate their passion for vintage, classic and exotic automobiles and their iconic designers and now from Sthrling Originals Sportsmans Collection, the Concorso series represents what sports is all aboutcompetition. And now, the newest addition to the Concorso Collection is the Monterey Bay. Concorso means competition, and supported with racing style numerals, markers and hands, the dial of the Monterey anchors a look and feel directly from the instrument panel of a racecar.

This sporty timepiece is powered by a stalwart genuine Swiss Ronda 515 quartz engine which presents a classic three-hand arrangement for the simple time and a quick set date complication at the three oclock position. There are large Arabic numerals at the twelve and six and the hour and minute hand have been treated with Super Luminova as have the hour markers. The razor thin seconds hand has agreen tipped arrowhead. And just beyond the perimeter of the main dial is the outer track chapter ring trimmed with gauge-like minute and seconds markers complementing the overall theme of the Monterey. The dial of the Monterey Bay has a hydraulically embossed wave design and is slightly larger than the original Monterey Sport at 46mm, with a black pvd bezel ring andcase which has been constructed of the finest grade of stainless steel, 316L.

Where the rubber meets the road, is the rubber strap with a serpentine tread design that matches the dial and comes with stainless steel buckle.
