Stuhrling Gen-X Retro Rubber Strap Mens Watch

Tough and resilient 316L stainless steel constructs the round case of the dynamic Gen-X Retro timepiece from Stuhrling Original. A black ionic plated (IP) stainless steel bezel with Arabic numeral chapter markers at intervals of 15 circles the Krysterna crystal. The black choice has a red crystal. The round dial displays Arabic numerals at 6:00 and 12:00, and index markers at all remaining hour positions. A retrograde day sub-dial exists between 4:00 and 5:00 while 24-hour and date sub-dials appear near 9:00 and 12:00, respectively. The Stuhrling Original name finds a home next to 2:00. Metallic luminous hour and minute hands and metallic chronograph and sub-dial hands accurately convey the time. A comfortable and sporty black rubber strap with white contrast stitching wraps around your wrist and secures with a Stuhrling Original logo-engraved buckle clasp.

The watches I wanted were on sale at amazon and I contacted Dream to see if they could beat the price. They did so by a considerable amount, and allowed me to take advantage of their overnight shipping promotion. Good, honest, and non-automated or outsourced e-mail communication followed by prompt shipping. At 5:30pm, having received the UPS tracking info, I realized I had messed up my zip code -- I switched two numbers. I called Dream and they tracked down the truck taking the day's packages to the shipping center and applied a new label. Watches arrived by 10am the next day, new in box with all documentation, all stickers (i.e. protective ones on the back and face) in place, obviously factory-fresh. So not only was the price here considerably less than amazon, I received personalized customer service to resolve the zip code error I made -- something that Amazon would not be able to do because of its huge size and the way it encourages the use of standardized electronic forms to resolve all customer service issues. In other words, this is a reliable business and a good site -- as well as a business with heart. -- Michael
