Nothing fazes this confident watch! Durable 316L stainless steelforms the case housing the Swiss Ronda movement, and topped with a texturedgold-tone unidirectional rotating bezel. Protecting thewhite mother-of-pearl dial is a highly scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Many desired complications including a moon phase, tachymeter and day/date window compose this impressive timepiece. Enhancing the dial is a tachymeter around the outer dial, a day sub dial at 3:00 and 9:00, a moon phase at 6:00, and a month sub dial at 12:00. Classic index markers reside at all hour positions. The watches I wanted were on sale at amazon and I contacted Dream to see if they could beat the price. They did so by a considerable amount, and allowed me to take advantage of their overnight shipping promotion. Good, honest, and non-automated or outsourced e-mail communication followed by prompt shipping. At 5:30pm, having received the UPS tracking info, I realized I had messed up my zip code -- I switched two numbers. I called Dream and they tracked down the truck taking the day's packages to the shipping center and applied a new label. Watches arrived by 10am the next day, new in box with all documentation, all stickers (i.e. protective ones on the back and face) in place, obviously factory-fresh. So not only was the price here considerably less than amazon, I received personalized customer service to resolve the zip code error I made -- something that Amazon would not be able to do because of its huge size and the way it encourages the use of standardized electronic forms to resolve all customer service issues. In other words, this is a reliable business and a good site -- as well as a business with heart. -- Michael
