The round 316L stainless steel case displays in black. A unidirectional rotating bezel with diver's scale appears and the "R" Reserve logo is etched into the crown and left side of the case.

The round matte green dial displays Arabic numerals accented with luminous Tritnite at 4:00, 8:00 and 12:00. Tritnite index markers are located at all remaining positions. The gold-tone/champagne option displays black hour, minute and chronograph hands with Tritnite tips and black subdial hands. The rose-tone/green option displays rose-tone hour, minute and chronograph hands with Tritnite tips. Notice a sunray finish on the subdials and "INVICTA" below 12:00. A date window appears at 4:00 and "SWISS MADE" shows at 6:00. A 1/10 second subdial shows near 2:00, a seconds subdial appears above 6:00 and a minute subdial shows near 10:00.
